To change your password:
1. Log in and go to Dashboard → Settings.
2. Open the Security or Account section.
3. Click Change password.
4. Enter your current password and your new password (twice).
5. Save. You may need to log in again with the new password.
If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to reset it via email.
